Graphic ERA Hill University is best known university in Dehradun, Uttarakhand . It was established on 28^th April 2011 by an act of the Uttarakhand State under the aegis of Graphic Era Educational Society (GEES). It provides various under graduate and post graduate courses and also the placements. This university is reaching heights with its excellence in academics and also with the help of its highly educated faculty members.

I am here to talk about the faculty members of Graphic Era Hill University (GEHU). These faculty is helping in shaping the future of the students. The Chairman is Mr. Kamal Ghanshala and the Vice Chancellor is Mr. Sanjay Jusola and there are many proffessors and teachers who preach us and provides us with multiple knowledge regarding our subject and also in other matters. It is said that “Education is what survives  when what has been learned and has been forgotten” and this education we acquire from our teachers known to be our guide and mentor.for faculty members like professors, lecturers and teachers teaching is the strong suit.

Moving further I want to discuss about the types of faculty. It is seen that there are two major types of faculty, one is “academic faculty” which includes lecturers, professors, teachers, counselors,etc and the other is “administrative faculty” which includes presidents, vice- presidents, deans and librarians. They altogether represent the faculty of the university. Faculty members seem to be passionate and curious individuals who contribute their own research while teaching. Faculty always develops a good relation with the students and they always make themselves available in order to teach their students and help them in any academic queries. Faculty members are expected to follow developments in the field so their expertise and knowledge base remain current. The faculty members of Graphic Era Hill University are humble, friendly, kind and calm  enough to deal with the students as well as any other university’s member. The teachers are known to be our well wishers and they really are always willing to educate us and provide us with suitable piece of information regarding any issues or our own subject matters. As they help us similarly they help out their colleagues who are in need. The faculties are punctual and well organized people. The faculty in their own departments ( english, maths , physics, commerce, etc.) had achieved much in their subjects and has more experience in it. The academic faculty is responsible in shaping the student’s mind and his knowledge.

“Teaching is not the mere imparting of knowledge but the cultivation of an inquiring mind” and this can only be done or fulfilled by a teacher or by a faculty.

What Piece Of Advice You Often Give And Least Follow ?

“Advice given is way more easier than actually implemented.” It is easy to people on certain issues according to our perspective but it may seem worthless to them on their perspective as everybody has their own way of handling situations. People love to give advices but they really do follow themselves ?

I believe that “the best advice is given by the time.” Time teaches everything but as the topic mentioned that what piece of advice youb often give and least follow now like to come to that point. I usually don’t advice people rather I seek advice from them. But when my dear one’s are stuck in some problems or situations I do help them and I do advice them at that certain point. When people come up to me with their life issues I first advice them to be patient enough and time will heal everything.But what I adviced that is being patient enough I really do not follow this as I know I am very impatient girl and the girls and boys of my age are of same kind. I believe that “no one can better give advice than yourself”. People seek for advice and on the other hand if they don’t find it rational, they do not follow it and the advice to them becomes worthless. So always give advice to those who are willing to follow it and work accordingly.

Patience is somewhat we can say calmness and tolerance we suffer to receive its outcomes or results in future,it may take a short period of time or a long period of time.It  is seen that nothing comes in life easily but if an individual  tends to have patience enough in  himself/herself so the destiny will grant him/her with rightly justified results.The ability of remaining patient will help us to achieve big or better things in life. “Though patience is biter but its fruit is sweet.”So I advice people to be patient but I am impatient and being patient to me is not easy and so I suffer downfall in someway or the other. So I advice other’s to be patient so that they also not face the same  troubles in life.

“Patience is something that can change one’s life.People rush upon their actions and  decisions.They don’t have time to wait for something.We should remember that patience can change the way we make our decisions or act.”
